1. Who we are
Sim2Real Lab (sim2reallab.com) is run by Serhii Oryshych, a private individual based in Poland. Contact: legal@sim2reallab.com. Postal address: Filtrowa 79/30, 02-032 Warszawa, Poland.
2. What the site is today
The site is in build. Today it shows a description of the planned product and a waitlist. Features described as "in build" or "planned" do not exist yet and may change or not be built. Nothing is sold and no payment is taken.
3. Civilian scope
Sim2Real Lab teaches civilian robotics: research, education, industrial automation, inspection, light shows, film and search-and-rescue simulation. We do not teach weapons, targeting, attack tactics, countermeasures or military operations. We use only public sources and publicly sold kits, with open hardware where it exists; the Phase 2 computer, an NVIDIA Jetson module, is not open hardware.
4. The waitlist
The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over. Joining is free and creates no contract to buy anything. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail.
5. Information on this site
Hardware budgets and other figures are rough estimates from public sources on the date shown. Prices change. The site describes learning content and job-market data; it does not promise any job, offer, interview or other result. We are not affiliated with any hardware maker or employer named on the site.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or scrape the site, and do not submit other people's e-mail addresses.
7. Liability
We provide the site as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
8. Law
Polish law applies, without removing the protection you have under the law of the country where you live as a consumer.
